Paula was awarded her Commercial Economy Diploma in 1995 at the HES* in Amsterdam. She was then employed as an intermediary by an Employment Agency, and from this position she worked for a number of IT companies as Human Resources Assistant and as Secretary.

Paula has been working for GEO2 Engineering B.V. since 2015. In her position as Management Assistant, she is a key figure in the GEO2 organisation and gives support to the management and staff in a great number of areas. She is involved in the setting-up and smooth operation of internal business processes relating to administration, personnel and organisation. Paula is also responsible for managing the financial administration, office-related business and the website.

Paula has an approachable and client-friendly attitude and is an independent team-player.
